1. The net movement of molecules from the region of higher concentration to the region of lower concentration is known as diffusion.
2. Diffusing molecules should have kinetic energy with which they are always in random motion.
3. Without kinetic energy, the molecules will never move from one place to another.
4. That's why at absolute zero where molecules lose all their kinetic energy net movement is zero.
5. At absolute zero diffusion doesn't occur.
