Speciation- It is the process of origin of new species from pre-existing ones.

-Natural selection is the process in which best and fittest is selected.

-Genetic drift is a process in which the change in the type of genes occurs.

- By the help of both phenomenon the new generation is created.

For example-there were giraffes with small necks, these giraffes could not reach the top leaves of the trees and thus got extinct while the giraffes with the long neck survived and moved forward next generation.
