$μ = \tan (ψ) μ = \tan (30 °) μ = \frac{1}{\sqrt{3}} . . . . . . . . . . . . 1$
But, We Also Know that
$μ = \frac{C}{V}$
Here, C= Speed of Light in Vacuum
, V= Speed of Light in taken medium
Also Using 1
$μ = \frac{C}{V} \frac{1}{\sqrt{3}} = \frac{3 \times 10^{8}}{V} V = 5.19 \times 10^{8} m / s$
