What is spreading of virus on sneezing known as, osmosis or diffusion?

Solution

Diffusion generally takes place from higher concentration to lower concentration. In case of cold, viral concentration is more inside the body. So on sneezing it goes outside the environment from Higher concentration to lower concentration.
