Option (C) is correct.
Covalent size of Ca is more than the covalent size of Sc.
On moving across the period; the covalent radii and size decreases because the nuclear charge is increased but the shielding effect of added electron (in d orbital) is less effective. This results in greater pull for the valence shell and decrease in the size.
