The correct option is A I>II>III
Among all the given structures , structure I is the most stable structure because it has the maximum number of covalent bonds and octet is complete for all the atoms. It is also a neutral structure.
Between II and III
Negative charge on more electronegative atom (oxygen) and positive charge on more electropositive atom (carbon) is preffered.
This is present in structure II, whereas in structure III, negative charge is on more electropositive atom (carbon) and positive charge on more electronegative atom (oxygen).
Hence , structure II is more stable than structure III
