What is the difference between Dental plaque and Dental caries (Tooth decay) ?

Dear student,
Dental plague is the growth of bacteria forming a layer on teeth surface, causing yellowish deposit on it. Dental caries is the demineralisation of teeth where the crown gets damaged and tooth falls off.
