What is the difference between eukaryotic cells and prokaryotic cells

Dear student, Prokaryotic cell do not have a nucleus whereas eukaryotic cell has a nucleus. DNA of Prokaryotic cell is circular and of eukaryotic cell is linear. Size of Prokaryotic cell is 0.1 to 5 micro meter and that of eukaryotic cell is 10 to 100 pm. Regards,
