Solution

Fiber is the basic filament from which yarn is spun which is further woven intofabric. Fibers can be natural like cotton, flax, hemp, wool or silk or synthetic such as polyester, nylon, acrylic etc. ... Shanasaa has a collection of scarves in pure fabricsas well as blends of natural fibers.

A fiber is converted to yarn and yarn is converted to fabric. So in order, they serve as raw-material to other in subsequent stage.

A fiber is basically filament (something that you can practically see at home - take cotton in hand and each hair-type thing that makes cotton bunch is Filament - explained in most laymen terms)

Once the thread is made (which is yarn), it is used to make fabric - process called as weaving. And obviously fabric is used to make garments.
