Solution

Microspore Tetrad Microspore
The microspore, as they are formed, are arranged in a cluster of four cells called microspore tetrad. As the anthers mature and dehydrate, the microspores dissociate from each other and develop into pollen grains. Microspores are the haploid spores formed from the microspore or pollen mother cell by a process known as microsporogenesis.
