It is a Wheatstone bridge circuit and here C1C3=C2C4. Thus no charge will flow through C5=20μF.
As C1 and C3 are in series so C13=6×66+6=3μF
and also C2 and C4 are in series so C24=6×66+6=3μF
now C13 and C24 are in parallel so CXY=C13+C24=3+3=6μF
