The correct option is B Ethylamine
Ethylamine reacts with nitrous acid to give a diazonium salt, which is unstable. It converts to ethyl alchohol (A), HCl and nitrogen gas. Ethyl alchohol (A) on reacting with phosphorous pentachloride gives ethylchloride (B). Ethylchloride on further reacting with ammonia gives back ethylamine (C).

Hence opt. B is correct.
