The first reaction is alkene ozonolysis.
Ozonolysis of alkenes involves the addition of an ozone molecule to an alkene, to form an ozonide. Formed ozonide gets cleaved by ZnH2O to smaller oxidised molecules.
Here, the given alkene is undergo ozonolysis to give two acetone molecules.
ketone reacts with hydroxylamine to form oxime product.
Oxime in presence of reagent like H2SO4, P2O5, PCl5, SOCl2 undergo Beckmann rearrangement to form N-Substituted amide.
