The HCF of two or more than two numbers is the greatest number that divides each of them exactly.
Suppose, two co-prime numbers be $2$ and $3$
HCF $(2,3)=1$
Now, Numbers$=4,5$
HCF $(4,5)=1$

Therefore, the HCF of two co-prime numbers is always $1$.
