Dear student. 1.Recently, Supreme Court has introduced a new system of declaration regarding the nomination of candidates. 2.As per the declaration, every candidate has to make legal declaration by giving full details of serious criminal cases pending against candidates. 3.The candidates have to furnish the details of assets and liabilities of the candidate and his or her family. 4.The candidate have to provide the educational qualification of the candidate. 5.Moreover, these information have to be made public as it allows the voters to take decisions on the basis of the details provided by the candidates.
