The balanced chemical reaction can be given as :
3MnO4+5FeC2O24+24H+3Mn+2+5Fe3++10CO2+12H2O
Therefore, as per stiochiometry,
3 moles of KMnO4 are needed to react completely with 5 moles of ferrous oxalate.
For one mole of Ferrous oxalate =35 moles of KMnO4 are required.
For one mole of ferrous oxalate in acidic medium, 35 moles of KMnO4 are needed.
