The correct option is C 20 m/s
It is given that the kinetic energy(K.E) is

K.E=20 J
We also know that, kinetic energy is given by the formula
=12mv2 where m is mass and v is velocity so the body.

12mv2=20
as, m=100 g=1001000 kg

K.E=12×(1001000)v2=20
v2=400
v=20 m/s

Hence option C is the correct answer.
