What was the impact of World War on Russian economy

Dear Student,
Russia had a devastating effect after the First World War. The land was destroyed that led to no food production. Not only the agricultural land, but the buildings were destroyed that increased the refugees in Russia. There were no employment opportunities left due to collapsed economy. Overcrowded concentration camps led to increased deaths. No supply of industrial goods from Germany resulted in fall of Russian economy.
