Dear student, The main objective was to raise voices against unjust laws of British rule, formation of simon commission which included only the british to chalk out the Constitution of India and rejection of Gandhi's 11 demand. Peasants refused to pay revenue and chaukidari taxes.People started boycotting foreign made clothes and liquor.Forest people violated forest laws i.e. going in reserved forests where they were not allowed.
