From the information given in question and in Statement II, we have
Area of wall $=(5\times 3+3\times 8+8\times 5)$ - Area of door - Area of window.
$=79m^2-4.5m^2-2.25m^2=72.25m^2$
Now, from Statement I,
Cost of painting = 72.25 $\times$ 2.50 = Rs 180.62
Hence, Statement III is redundant.
