Given,
Excess pressure inside water droplet,
ΔP=0.05 N/cm2=0.05×104 N/m2
Surface Tension, T=0.075 N/m
To find: diameter of water droplet, d=?
We know that, excess pressure inside a water droplet is given by
ΔP=4T/d
d=4TΔP
Substituting all the values,
d=4×0.0750.05×104=0.6 mm
