Eating variety of foods means eating food rich in carbohydrates, proteins, and lipids at a time in single day will not affect your body but if this is made as a routine eating habit then it may affect your body. The intake of these three nutrients should be balanced according to our weight and height but if we take these in excess then it may lead to increase in body weight, increase in chances of cholesterol related diseases, blood pressure and heart related diseases.
