Solution

The correct option is B Option 2
When the temperature surrounding the body decreases, vasodialation occurs and the blood flow to the skin increases, which in turn increases the body temperature.
When the temperature in the surrounding decreases, the thermoregulatory center's receptors do not receive any signals and hence sweat glands decrease their sectretion.
The liver is an important source of heat and its temperature also increases slightly due to the increased blood flow to maintain its temperature for the enzyme function.
The skeletal muscles increase shivering so that the friction helps in increasing the body temperature when the surrounding temperature rises.
Therefore, the answer should be,
Peripheral circulation - Increased blood flow
Sweat glands - Decreased secretion
Liver - Increased temperature
Skeletal Muscles - Increased shivering.
