Applying law of conservation of mass,
total mass of the reactants is equal to the total mass of the products.
Mass of NaHCO3 = mass of Na2CO3 + mass of CO2 +mass of H2O
Total mass of NaHCO3 heated = 20 g
Total mass Na2CO3 produced = 12.62 g
Total mass of CO2 produced = 5.24 g
Mass of H2O produced=2012.625.24=2.14 g
