On addition of Ammonia H+ concentration will decrease as the following reaction will take place.:
NH3+H+NH+4
On addition of ammonia pH is raised to 11. Therefore, [H+]=1011
Oxidation reaction: H2O2H++2e

Eox=E0ox0.0592log[H+]21

Eox=0.0522×0.0592log10
=(0.050.65)V
Therfore, Eox will increase by a factor of 0.65V.
