Solution
Indian national congress make a demand for the Constituent assembly earlier in Nehru Report in 1928 but was repeated by INC in 1934.
It was demanded for India to have it's own constitution without any interference from any foreign power.
It was believed that the Constituent Assembly would not just produce a Constitution ‘indigenous to the country and truly and fully representing the will of the people’, but would also solve the ‘communal problem’ of the country when all communities would be represented in the Assembly.
