Matter is made up of atoms and molecules which are continuously in random motion having some kinetic energy.
When it gets warm i.e, its temperature is increased, the kinetic energy of these atoms and molecules increases and they tend to move faster.
So When matter gets warmer ,the atoms and the molecules in that matter move faster
