Given circuit can be rearranged as below,

At steady state i=0, so potential at A is 100 V
By dividing potential across 6μ F and 2μ F,
VAVB=V6 μF=2(6+2)×100
VAVB=V6 μF=25 V
Now, VBVC=V2 μF=10025=75 V
