  1. Stroke: It occurs when the blood supply to the brain is interrupted.
  2. Carotid artery disease: occurs when fatty deposits (plaques) clog the blood vessels that deliver blood to our brain and head.
  3. Peripheral artery disease: This is the blockage of vessels from the heart to the legs.
  4. Deep vein thrombosis causes pain when a blood clot is formed in the legs.
