$L e t m_{1} = 4 m_{2}$
$F = \frac{μ_{0}}{4 π} \frac{m_{1} m_{2}}{r^{2}} = 10^{- 7} \times 4 m_{2}^{2} / (0.05)^{2} = 144 \times 10^{- 5}$
$\Rightarrow 4 m_{2}^{2} = 1.44 \times 25$
$∴ m_{2} = 3 A m, m_{1} = 12 A m$
