The correct option is A 15=3x
4x+25=7x+10
When 4x is taken to the right hand side and the constants are taken to the left hand side, we get
2510=7x4x or 15=3x

Another way:

When 7x is taken to the left hand side and the constants are taken to the right hand side, we get

4x7x=1025

or, 3x=15
