Option (c) is the right answer.
Almost 100% thermal radiation. The air acts as a a thermal insulator, so no conduction there, convection involves heated fluid and mostly pushed upward. Radiative heat from campfire in infrared and visible wavelengths spreads out in different directions and is not affected by air, thus, reaching your hands.
