When you are travelling in your school bus , the person sitting in front of you seems to be at rest though the bus is moving . Why ?

This is due to relative velocity - The relative velocity between you and the the person sitting in front of you is 0 m/s and also the relative velocity between bus and the the person sitting in front of you is 0 m/s. Hence when you are travelling in your school bus , the person sitting in front of you seems to be at rest.
