Solution

RuBisCO functions as RuBP-oxygenase and aids in conversion of RuBP to PGA. This 2 PGA quickly get converted into glycolic acid. Till here the reaction occurs in chloroplast. This glycolic acid moves into peroxisomes and is oxidised to glyoxylic acid which is then converted into glycine. Glycine enters mitochondria and forms a molecule of serine and liberates CO2.
