a) if parent or grandparent of any such person were born in India;

b) where such person is migrated before 19 July 1948, he has been living in the territory of India as an ordinary resident.;

c) where such person is migrated after 19 July 1948, he has been registered as a citizen of India by proper authority on making of an application by such person if he has been residing for six months before making an application.
