For example, many diseases caused by different fungal strains are -mucormycosis, aspergillosis, ringworm, athlete's foot, etc.
Pertussis is a bacterial disease. Pertussis also known as whooping cough, a highly contagious respiratory tract infection caused by a bacterium called Bordetella pertussis. As it is highly contagious, when an infected person sneezes or coughs, germ laden droplets spread over in the air and infect the nearby healthy people.
