CO2 molecule has a linear shape with sp and it is symmetrical. So, it is non-polar with zero dipole moment.
SO2 has 2 sigma bond pairs and one lone pair of electrons. So, its hybridisation is sp2 and has a bent shape. So, it has dipole moment and the molecule is polar.



BeCl2 is singly bonded to two chlorine atoms and has a hybridisation of sp and the molecule has a linear shape. So, it has zero dipole moment.


In 1,4 dichloride benzene, the chlorine atoms are placed opposite to each other and therefore the dipole moments will cancel out each other. Hence, it will have zero dipole moment.
