Solution

HI,

Scientists believe that dogs were the first animals to be domesticated. They were used to protect the humans from any larger predators. A dog jawbone found in Iraq led scientists to believe that dogs were domesticated over 14,000 years ago. The next to be adopted were the sheep and the goats. They were adopted in and around 12000 years ago. Both these animals were used for meat, milk, and coats.
