Nitrogen-fixing bacteria :

  1. Bacteria help fix the atmospheric nitrogen with the help of nitrogenase enzyme and increase the nitrogen content in the soil. It is referred to as Nitrogen-fixing Bacteria.

Phosphorus solubilizing bacteria :

  1. Bacteria help in enhance the phosphorus uptake of the plants from the soil and are referred to as Phosphorus solubilizing bacteria.
  2. For Example, Bacillus, Pseudomonas, etc.
