The correct options are
A $β = \frac{α}{1 - α}$
B $α = \frac{β}{β + 1}$
For a transistor amplifier-
$β = {(\frac{Δ I_{C}}{Δ I_{B}})}_{V_{C E} = constant}$
$α = {(\frac{Δ I_{C}}{Δ I_{E}})}_{V_{C B} = constant}$
Also,
$Δ I_{B} = Δ I_{E} - Δ I_{C}$
Therefore, $β = (\frac{Δ I_{C}}{Δ I_{B}}) = (\frac{Δ I_{C}}{Δ I_{E} - Δ I_{C}}) = (\frac{Δ I_{C} / Δ I_{E}}{1 - Δ I_{C} / Δ I_{E}}) = \frac{α}{1 - α}$
From this we can have, $α = \frac{β}{1 + β}$
So, option (A) & (B) both are correct.
