3,5 Dinitrophenol is more acidic than 2,4-Dinitrophenol because in 2,4-Dinitrophenol there exist a intramolecular Hydrogen bonding which is not there in 3,5 Dinitrophenol and hence the $H^{+}$ is not released in the solution in the case of 2,4-Dinitrophenol.
