Solution
The correct option is A Monera
Whittaker's classification scheme recognizes five kingdoms: Monera, Protista, Fungi, Plantae, and Animalia.
Monera is a kingdom that contains unicellular organisms with a prokaryotic cell organization, such as bacteria. They are single-celled organisms with no true nuclear membrane.
But after some studies it was found that some bacteria are chemically different, so the monera kingdom was separated into two new kingdoms- Archaebacteria and Eubacteria.
This was now called the 6 kingdom classification and was proposed by Carl Woese et al.
Carl Woese's six kingdoms include Animalia, Plantae, Fungi, Protista, Archaea/Archaeabacteria, and Bacteria/Eubacteria.
