The correct option is B 100 ml of 0.1 M HNO3
M moles of HCl=0.1×100=10
The solution added should be such that,
[H+]=0.1M reamians the same.
When 100ml of 0.1M HNO3 is added,
total m moles of H+=10+100×0.1=20
Total volume =200ml
[H+]final=20200=0.1M
Hence pH will remain the same.
