Depression in freezing point of solution is colligative property, it depends upon the number of solute particles.
C6H5NH3Cl will give two ions
2×0.01=0.02
Ca(NO3)2 will give 3 ions
3×0.005=0.015
Al(NO3)3 will give 4 ions
4×0.004=0.016
