Solution

The correct options are
A CaCl2
B MgCl2
C BaCl2
In fused state, ionic compounds have free cations and anions which can move easily to conduct electricity. MgCl2,CaCl2 and BaCl2 are ionic in nature. So, they can conduct electricity.
However, BeCl2 has a covalent character due to small size of Beryllium. In a fused state, BeCl2 exists in polymeric state. So, it does not have free ions to conduct electricity.

Option A, B and C are correct.
