A Cl2
D CCl4
Cl2 and CCl4 are non-polar.
The two atoms of chlorine involved are the same and have the same electronegativity, the difference is zero but it doesn't mean the electrons are always evenly shared. Thus the bond in Cl2 is non-polar.
CCl4 has a tetrahedral structure. Has 4 CCl polar covalent bonds directed to the four corners of the tetrahedron. All the dipoles cancel each other giving a net dipole moment of zero for the entire molecule. So CCl4 is non polar.
