Solution

The correct option is C cryIAc and cryIIAb
Specific Bt toxin genes were isolated from Bacillus thuringiensis and incorporated into the crop plants. The choice of genes depends upon the crop and the targeted pestas most Bt toxins are insect-group specific. There are a number of them for example - Two cry genes, cry IAc and cry IIAb were incorporated in cotton. This genetically modified crop was called Bt cotton as the cry genes produced Bt toxins which is an insecticidal protein against cotton bollworms. This protein creates pores in the insect's gut which causes swelling of cell and lysis, eventually causing death of the insect.
