In the given compound, hydride shift is not possible here.
Here, both methyl and phenyl shifts are possible because they give tertiary carbocation which is more stable than secondary carbocation.
Since the relative migratory aptitude of groups folows the order,
Hydride > Phenyl > Methyl
The given compound will undergo 1, 2- phenyl shift to form tertiary carbocation.
