In NO+2 molecule, there is no lone pair, only bond pair are present. So the molecule is linear & so the bond angle is 180°.
While in NO2 & NO2, we have one lone pair on nitrogen & one lone electron respectively which cause repulsion leading to angle less than 180°. In NO3, the bond angle is 120°
