Which of the following hormones are released by the pituitary gland?
Both A and B
The Gonadotropin Releasing Hormone (GnRH) is first produced in the brain and then moves to the pituitary gland situated just below the brain. It stimulates the pituitary gland which in turn releases the Luteinizing Hormone (LH) and Follicle Stimulating Hormone (FSH) into the bloodstream. The LH and FSH help in developing the sexual characteristics and changes in the body during puberty.
